Strategische analyse ambitienota Facility voor Lokale Politie Antwerpen

In 2020 verhuist Lokale Politie Antwerpen naar een nieuw mastergebouw aan Post X in Berchem. Door de centralisatie van alle medewerkers dringt zich een reorganisatie van de directie financiën en logistiek op. Om de opstart van de nieuwe afdeling Facility tot een succes te maken werd intern een ambitienota opgesteld. Lokale Politie Antwerpen ging vervolgens op zoek naar een partner om deze nota te valideren en aan te vullen met externe expertise die rekening houdt met de meest recente trends in FM. De ambitie is om het meest vooruitstrevende politiekorps van België te worden.
