The purpose of the Websites is to inform you about the various services offered by Freestone (Freestone Advisory, Freestone People, and Freestone Academy). The information on the Websites is always purely informative in nature. When the Websites refer to products or services, this does not constitute an offer for the sale or supply of that product or service. Freestone always makes every effort to keep all information up to date, but information may be incorrect or outdated. The Websites provide contact forms where the visitor can leave his/her contact details and a form to subscribe to the newsletter. The visitor is responsible for all the information he/she leaves behind.

The website "freestonepeople.be" gives the visitor the opportunity to apply for a new position in property management, construction, facility, security, change management, purchasing, architecture, engineering or proptech. By pressing the "apply now" button, the visitor can leave his/her contact details and upload a CV. The applicant gives his/her approval and agrees that he/she is solely responsible for the form, content and accuracy of the information contained in a CV submitted by the applicant via the website. Freestone may nominate this candidate to one of its clients who requests such a candidate.

The website "freestone.be" provides a download page with informative material for its visitors. The visitor can only download this material after leaving his/her personal details, after which the material will be sent to the visitor's email address. The visitor may only use the video material for personal purposes and will not transmit the material to anyone else, nor publish it anywhere, nor give the impression in any way that he or she is the author of the material. Freestone in no way ensures result or output of the material in any way.

3. Exclusion of liability of Freestone

Freestone may change these Terms of Use and all information on the Websites at any time and without notice. Although Freestone has installed the necessary safeguards, any liability for damage or disruption to the functionalities of the Websites due to viruses etc. is excluded. 6. Applicable law and competent jurisdiction

The relationship between the visitor of the Websites and Freestone, as well as these Terms of Use, are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute which may arise between the visitor and Freestone shall fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent (Dutch-speaking) courts of Brussels.
