The Christian Mutuality (CM) was looking for a partner to make dashboards with regard to its postage costs. After all, the institution spends € 17 million of postage costs annually. The desire to optimize these costs was evident. Freestone was chosen as the ideal partner because of its extensive experience in designing and setting up facility reports and process diagrams.
Freestone translates the strategic and tactical reporting requirements based on existing information sources and a substantiated business analysis. Subsequently, existing data is made transparent and usable via data mining and adaptable dashboards and visualisations are developed. Finally, Freestone supports the employees to get creative and build dashboards themselves.
Freestone's strong knowledge in Excel and reporting tools such as BO and PowerBI completed the picture.
