Marktgerichtere aanpak voor Freestone activiteiten
Wij brengen je graag op de hoogte van een belangrijke wijziging in het dienstenaanbod van Freestone.
Freestone heeft namelijk een herstructurering van haar activiteiten doorgevoerd. Daarbij wordt de bedrijfstak Freestone Transact afgesplitst en deze zal haar activiteiten verzelfstandigd buiten Freestone voortzetten onder de nieuwe bedrijfsnaam Transact.
Autonomisation of the Freestone Transact business unit
Freestone Advisory provides advice and support in the areas of property planning, construction management, design & build, and organisational and financial transition management for real estate and facilities business units. It is also one of the market leaders in the field of construction audits and inspections.
Freestone People is the "sourcing" branch of Freestone and brings the above services to its clients via specific profiles. Experts with the following specializations work for clients on a project basis: real estate management, building management, architectural services, facility management and security management.
Both Freestone Advisory and Freestone People focus on the entire professional real estate market.
Freestone Transact offers its transactional support exclusively to the professional rental market. Think of renegotiating lease contracts, stay-or-leave analyses, searching for offices, retail properties and logistics buildings, sales support and lease management.
To ensure that both Freestone and Transact can focus on their own target groups, with their own message and specific expertise, it was decided to split up the activities.
