Impact and organisation of distant working

Will there ever be a post-corona time? We rather hear our Belgian virologists talk about 'living with corona'. Among other things, social distancing will probably become the "new normal" for a long time to come. This of course also has its influence on our workplace and how we get organised. How do you deal with this as an organisation? What steps should you take in order to organise yourself and your company to the maximum?

    Working at and with distance

Now that prejudices and the taboo surrounding working from home have been dropped, companies need to be aware that employees also have new expectations. According to a survey conducted by BDO and HR Square among 1,000 employees, 44% feel that working from home two days a week is ideal, and 40% are already satisfied with just one day.

So there are a number of issues where you, as a company, will have to respond to the shift that the new corona era has set in motion. Freestone supports you with the following services:

    Grab the momentum

Together with you, Freestone can look at what is already feasible to implement within your current concept, so that you can get back to work safely at the office in times of social distancing.

But when you look at the medium or long term, it's clear that there is a specific approach needed there as well, to keep working (together) in a safe, dynamic and optimal way.

The covid-19 situation may be the right momentum for your company to take a closer look at certain established issues.
For many measures that have been inserted head-on, it is advisable to look at how they need to be adjusted in order to guarantee optimal operation (in the short and long term) for your organisation and employees.
